The answer is NO.
no one is at fault of what we have done and what is our mistake, reasoning is also one of our biggest mistake.
 so what to do
accept it and plan ahead, plan for future nothing impossible, Allah has every thing , he have every plan, just trust the great planner and never stay negative coz Allah knows what is best and what not
